Had an issue with my water heater. Called that next morning and they had a tech show up in less than an hour.. Ask for Kyle Hunt!! He diagnosed problem, did some research and found I still had warranty! Kyle and his friendly assistant came prepared, worked diligently and had us back up and running in no time. He was friendly and professional, and that goes for the receptionist expediting the call as well Highly recommend this company!

Had a prv go bad and it was replaced with a customer supplied prv. Same day it was not functioning properly. Some challenges were presented to get someone out to take care of it as it was after 2:00 on a Friday afternoon but I believe Joey handled it and was able to get Edward Garza and Kobe to come out. Through various tests they were able to identify what the issue was and they presented me with options and let me choose which would work best for my particular situation. They dug up the old prv and replaced it with a new one got everything back in order boxes in place and dirt leveled. They assured everything was functioning properly before they left. Edward and Kobe were a pleasure to have work on my house. I was somewhat stressed out after talking to one of the office personnel who told me they could not get someone out there until Monday which I found totally unacceptable. Joey contacted me and assured me he would get someone out there and Edward and Kobe showed up and with their knowledge and efficiency they were able to take care of it. I feel particularly blessed that these were the two guys that I got because they did an amazing job.

Both Matt & Alex were amazing to work with and explained everything very well and helped me decide on what I needed and what could be done in the future to help. Pricing was affordable for the work they did, and they made sure I was truly happy with everything. They were really fun to chat with and I would call them back in a heartbeat for any other issue.
